All Things Calm

Creating calm. This is one of the most vital things you can personally commit to daily, to bring clarity of mind and inner well being into your life. So, here are a few ways you can begin, cost free! Make a commitment to yourself to take 15-30 minutes daily to immerse yourself completely in your surroundings (whatever that may be) and to switch off your busy mind, and phone! Ideally take a walk, jog, yoga, in nature where possible. Notice the trees, clouds, sky, birds, others walking dogs etc. Let go of any judgement and just notice the world around you, there's no right or wrong way of doing this. BREATHE. If your mind beings to chatter, that's ok, just notice it, acknowledge it and go back to your surroundings. With daily practice, you will start to feel at one and at peace with yourself and surroundings.
